Carol and Bill bring over 4 decades of clinical experience working with people with a variety of life challenges that include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulty, pain, neurological problems, and corporate leaders who want to achieve peak performance. Drawing upon the latest evidence-based tools and strategies, Carol and Bill have developed an approach to facilitate transformative change called Brain Change Therapy through a powerful process of RESET: Recognize the problem mental state, Evaluate your historical back story and triggers to the problem state, Strategize a plan of action from a needs perspective, Exercise the new state of mind, mindset, and possibility focus, and Transform the nervous system toward new awareness, affect, attitude, and behavior. The RESET process activates the process of regeneration for mind, body, spirit, and new life.
Carol and Bill’s clinical therapy has been sought globally and now they have been teaching their approach worldwide in a variety of in person workshops and online courses. Their warmth, compassion, and humor make their teaching style fun and profound.
