PROGRAM OUTLINE

Traditionally, clients are asked to work on changing their thoughts and work on processing emotions in order to improve the way they respond to depression, anxiety, stress, or other mental health ailments.  It can be a long and tedious process that requires self-discipline and patience.  Not all clients respond well to this approach, and they often get discouraged.

Drawing from an integration of multiple disciplines that contribute to client’s mental health (psychology, neuroscience, life-style medicine, neurofeedback, neuropsychotherapy), this course offers a new evidence-based approach, called “Neural Synchrony Activation and Training.” This is an innovative framework with cutting-edge techniques that will assist your clients in fast forwarding their recovery.  This approach focuses on mental state change to stimulate positive emotional patterns and behavioral alterations.  The process is resource-focused and elicits and builds resources from the client’s experience, and relationship with the therapist as well as leads to neuro-repatterning for lasting change.

Helping a client become less anxious or depressed requires changes in the activation of neural activity.  The new approach uses specific learning experiences that create positive influences on a client’s problems, and activates a natural trigger to maximize personal well-being.  This process creates more optimal mental states that block anxiety and depression, and turns on healing systems in the body.  The client develops brain-mind-body states that promote a stable autonomic nervous system and the ability to live and thrive in joy.

With this approach, you will learn how to increase your range of therapeutic outcomes by bridging the gap between research and practice.  You will be able to teach your clients to change emotional channels, access unknown emotional resources, regain optimism and positive expectations for the future, develop neuro-wellness rituals to break through crises, and meet everyday challenges with clarity and confidence.

The mind holds the secret code to living a worry-depression-anxiety-free life with more joy and super-effectiveness.  Based in the latest research, clients can truly transform their lives when they discover their innate abilities.
